Meet Our Team
Reed Kuper is the owner / broker of Home North Iowa. A native of Osage, Iowa, Reed brings deep expertise in real estate and farmland sales and management. Over a decade ago, Reed created Kuperland, which specializes in managing and selling farmland and other large agricultural property investments. Reed has successfully facilitated real estate partnerships on thousands of acres of land throughout the Midwest.
With a successful track record and a passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals, Reed is expanding his farmland business to include commercial and residential real estate, which is now Home North Iowa. Selling commercial or residential real estate is more than a business transaction for Home North Iowa. Reed’s successful process centers on first understanding what the client wants and then creating the best value for the client in their market. Reed and his team have a track record for facilitating and negotiating the optimal deal, whether for a buyer or seller.

Ben Hauge is a real estate agent with Home North Iowa and is excited to work with families in the area. A native of North Iowa, Ben knows the local community well. Ben brings a diverse set of skills to the real estate business, including having an extensive background in farmland and acreage sales as well as farm management.
Ben graduated from Mankato State University with both a Bachelor of Arts and Master degrees in sports management. Ben also served in the U.S. Army and was deployed to Iraq in 2010. In 2013, Ben moved back to North Iowa so he could pursue his interests in farmland investment and real estate.
Ben is an active member in the community and referees high school and women’s college basketball. Ben and his wife, Julie, have two young children. Ben and his family enjoy spending time outdoors and playing all kinds of sports. Ben looks forward to helping you through each step of buying or selling your home.
